Pricing & Payment
All orders will be processed in the Croatian national currency – EUR. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Possible methods of payment include:
- Direct Back Transfer. We do our best to ensure that all prices on our Web site are up to date and current at all times. However despite our best efforts some may be incorrect. Please be assured however that as part of our order checking and dispatch processes we do verify our prices. In the event that the price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and still send you the product. In the event that the current price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you to discuss this. We do however reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale at the incorrect price and cancel your order.

If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a traceable method at your own discretion. We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive.

We ship worldwide and accept payments from customers all over the world.

We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.

Order Turnaround
Orders going to Croatian addresses are usually delivered within 5 to 7 days from the day of dispatch, but international orders can take up to several weeks to be delivered.
Delivery times for EU countries are within 3 – 14 working days and within 10-35 working days for the rest of the world after sending (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded).
Delivery times for countries outside of EU take 10 – 21 days and may take longer due to Covid-19 situation.
Delivery
Due to a COVID-19 outbreak, you may experience shipping delays (for all domestic & internatial orders). We kindly ask for patience. Thank you.
At the moment we cannot deliver to: United States, Australia, Chile, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Iceland. Please make sure to check with us shipping restrictions for your country, before placing an order. Restrictions change from week to week.
Shipping is charged at cost, as it appears on your order. Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and they will be calculated by your request just after adding products to cart, by the website itself.
Delivery costs for domestic orders vary depending on size and weight, and are shipped by Croatian National Post (Hrvatska pošta).
We ship international orders using Croatian National Post (Hrvatska pošta) at our discretion.
You will be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it. Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us. We CANNOT control any delays caused by customs.
Correct Delivery Information
Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.
Tracking Number
We provide tracking number for all shipments. There is a possibility of short delays, but it does not depend on us. Resending of the same shipments are additionally charged.
Duties & Taxes
Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of the CROATIA or the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.
